Everything we offer at The Lodge has been thoroughly tested by our team. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your items back to The Lodge within 21 days of the receipt of your package. 

**HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased as gifts from November 6, 2016 through December 25, 2016 may be returned by January 16, 2017 for a refund, subject to the return conditions listed below.

 

All items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed condition in their original packaging, and with tags attached. Worn, used, or damaged items will not be accepted for return. Final Sale items and grooming products may not be returned.

Return credit will normally be issued within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of your return at The Lodge. Your return credit will be for the purchase price only. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Shipment expenses for returns are the responsibility of the customer. The Lodge assumes no responsibility for the transit of goods in return to us and will not be responsible for items returned without authorization, without verification of receipt at The Lodge, nor returns outside of the stated timeline. We recommend sending your return via a trackable shipping method so that you can verify safe arrival at our warehouse.
