Returns and exchanges are available within 21 days of purchase on our website at and in our retail shops.

Holiday 2018 returns- Gifts purchased between 11/15/18 and 12/24/18 may be returned through 1/15/19, subject to the return conditions below.

Everything we offer at The Lodge has been thoroughly tested by our team. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your items back to The Lodge for a refund or exchange.

All items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed condition in their original packaging, and with tags attached. Worn, used, or damaged items will not be accepted for return. Items marked "Final Sale" and grooming products may not be returned.

Return credit will normally be issued within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of your return at The Lodge. Your return credit will be issued back to your original form of payment for the purchase price only. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Shipment expenses for returns are the responsibility of the customer. The Lodge assumes no responsibility for the transit of goods returned to us and will not be responsible for items returned without authorization, without verification of receipt at The Lodge, nor returns outside of the stated timeline. We recommend sending your return via a trackable shipping method so that you can verify safe arrival at our warehouse.
