During standard business times, shipments are normally processed and shipped within 2 days of your order confirmation. Shipping during holidays may require additional processing time. Orders placed Friday and over the weekend are typically processed beginning on Monday.  We ship from our warehouse in New York, New York so ground times are shorter on the East Coast.  

NORTH AMERICA ORDERS-

We ship via UPS and USPS.  Delivery Times and Shipping rates are as follows:

Ground Shipping & Alaska/Hawaii-  $5.95 Ground Shipping to the continental United States for orders under $100.  

Free Priority Shipping for U.S. orders over $100 (pre-tax), including Alaska and Hawaii.

Free Shipping Standard Shipping to APO/DPO/FPO addresses for our friends serving in the military.

$19.95 Priority Shipping for orders under $100.  Delivery time between 2 and 3 business days. We ship using a 2-Day and 3-Day Priority with USPS and 2nd Day Air with UPS. Please note that we aren't responsible for delivery times through these providers, only that we contract and pay for a 2-Day shipment method.  

Canada & Mexico - $10.95 via USPS Parcel Post/ $20 Flat USPS Priority  

Certain larger items may have additional shipping charges, which will be reflected on the product page and in your shopping cart.

Customer tracking information is sent once the order has shipped.  Address accuracy is the responsibility of the customer. In the event we have shipped your order to your requested address and the package is undeliverable as addressed, we may charge a re-shipment fee for an address correction and any shipping charges paid will not be refundable.

 

We may offer special shipping rates as a promotion from time to time.   These are offered to you as a limited time offer and will be headlined on our site as well as within the checkout page.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS-

We appreciate our global customers and do ship internationally to many countries worlwide.  We utilize two methods of shipment- United States Postal Service and DHL Worldwide.   Flat rates are offered for shipment based on the weight of your order, generally $20 to $40.  These are viewable at your checkout screen.  Please note that we cannot ship to a different country than your billing and ordering address indicates and we will not ship to freight forwarders. Shipment Methods are as follows:

US Postal Service International First Class Package- $20 and available only for orders under 4 pounds in weight. This method of shipment is not trackable and may take up to 30 days for delivery, based on your country.   We offer this service as a value to you, however, you will accept responsibility for the shipment arrival as we will be unable to estimate delivery and timing. If you are purchasing for a gift or need delivery in a specified timeframe, do not choose this method.

US Postal Service International Priority- available at $30 and $36 Flat Rates based on the weight and value of your order.  You will receive a tracking number upon shipment. This method generally takes 7 to 10 days for arrival, depending upon your country's customs clearance process.

DHL Worldwide Express- available at $40 Flat Rate.  You will receive a tracking umber upon shipment.  This method generally takes 3 to 7 days for arrival and is the recommended method for shipment as it is reliable, efficient, and fully trackable.

With importing orders into your country, you will be responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, import taxies, and special delivery fees administered by your government.  We are unable to estimate those fees for you and are not able to pay those on your behalf.   Customs forms from us will reflect the value of the shipment.  We are unable to indicate that the items that you have purchased are a "gift, donation, or sample".

RETURNS INFORMATION

Everything we offer at The Lodge has been tested by our team.  If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your items back to The Lodge.

All items must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition in their original packaging, and with tags attached.   Worn items will not be accepted for return.  Final Sale items and grooming products may not be returned.

Return credit will be normally be issued within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of your return at The Lodge.  Your return credit will be for the purchase price only- shipment fees are not refundable.

Shipment expenses for returns are the responsibility of the customer.   The Lodge assumes no responsibility for the transit of goods in return to us and will not be responsible for items returned without authorization, without verification of receipt at The Lodge, nor returns outside of the stated timeline.

HOLIDAY RETURNS- We have extended our Return Policy during the Holiday Season- Items purchased November 10th through December 24th may be returned by January 16, 2016. 

 

SALES TAX

Shipment to addresses in the State of New York are subject to sales tax at the current local rate.

TERMS OF SALE

All sales are conducted at The Lodge in New York, New York as point of sale.   All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability.  In the case that an item is listed incorrectly, The Lodge reserves the right to refuse the sale and may offer the item again at the correct selling price.

At the time of sale, your checkout confirmation screen will reflect your purchase from The Lodge.  Your emailed receipt will also reflect your purchase intent from The Lodge.  This receipt and confirmation screen does not constitute a contract and orders may be cancelled at any time due to inability to authorize your method of payment, inability to verify shipment or payment address, suspicion of fraud, discovery of an erroneous selling price, an out of stock product, or any reason as we see fit.     The Lodge reserves the right to refuse or cancel your purchase at any time, whether or not your card has been charged.   If your order is refused or canceled by us, The Lodge will credit your method of payment in the purchase amount accordingly.
