It was a beautiful weekend here at The Lodge. Lots of sunshine, time with Vintage Cars, Cocktails, and lawn games. Isn't that a typical Lodge weekend, you ask? Mostly, but this weekend was even better because we mixed up our drink routine from the standards of bourbon, gin + tonics, and nice cold beer. We pulled out our cocktail shaker from our friends at The Mason Shaker. Fashioned from a nice, old-fashioned Mason Jar and an ingeniously designed, patented cocktail top, it's just damn cool and you've never looked as stylish shaking your drink as with this.
Ms. Lodge gave it a try with a Moscow Mule and the results were great. We realized that this needs to be a regular part of our bar set. Check it out here. And enjoy the rest of Summer..
