The Lodge recently visited Japan over the Holidays.  We're always happy to visit Japan and have a huge appreciation for the food, style, and culture there. We hit up Tokyo, Osaka, Kobe, and Nara and thought we'd share with you some of our favorite highlights through questions we've received. Here goes-
Do they celebrate Christmas in Japan?  Um, yes. The country is predominately Shinto and Buddhist, but you wouldn't know it if you visit at Christmas. Every building, mall, and office has an extraordinary  Christmas display.

How's the food? The best Japanese food in the world is found in, yep, you guessed it, Japan.

See anything interesting?
Yeah, how about deer that you can pet?  You'll find these in Nara- they're friendly, like to be pet, and have a fondness for cookies.

Stay tuned for more highlights from our trip to Japan!
